"Ridin' Smoke" is a motocross event dedicated to fans of 2-stroke motocross motorbikes of any year and engine size. The event is designed to provide an opportunity for both amateur and professional riders to meet and have fun, allowing them to spend a day of passion for motorbikes and mixture.
"Ridin' Smoke" is not a competition, but an informal event that aims to create an atmosphere of sharing and friendship among dirt bike enthusiasts. During the event, participants will have the opportunity to ride their motorbikes in a safe and controlled environment, compare themselves with other riders, and share experiences and advice.
The organisation of the event includes a specially prepared track to test the riding skills of participants, with different sections for various levels of experience. In addition, there will be areas dedicated to relaxation and socialising, as well as areas for refreshments and the sale of products and accessories related to the world of motocross bikes.
The 'Ridin' Smoke' event will take place on one or more pre-arranged dates and further information about the location and details of the event will be provided via the website and official communication channels.
The purchase of tickets to attend the 'Ridin' Smoke' event is subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in the document below.

Definitions

“Organiser"refers to the company or body responsible for the organisation and management of the 'Ridin' Smoke' event.

“Buyer' refers to the person purchasing the ticket to participate in the 'Ridin' Smoke' event.

Purchasing Tickets

The Purchaser may purchase Tickets through the e-commerce site, following the instructions provided.

The Buyer is responsible for the correctness of the personal data provided at the time of purchase.

The contract of sale is concluded upon confirmation of the purchase by the Organiser and receipt of payment by the Buyer.

Tickets will be sent to the Purchaser by e-mail, to the address indicated at the time of purchase.

Price and Payment

The price of Tickets is indicated on the e-commerce website and includes all applicable taxes and charges, unless otherwise indicated.

The Buyer may make payment using the payment methods indicated on the e-commerce site.

The Organiser reserves the right to change Ticket prices at any time, without prior notice.

Event Rules

The Event is open to two-stroke motocross motorbikes of any year and engine capacity, and reserved for amateur and professional participants.

The Event is NOT a competition and participants are expected to behave responsibly and respect the rules laid down by the Organiser.

The Organiser reserves the right to expel participants who violate the Event rules or endanger the safety of other participants.

Participants are responsible for the maintenance and safety of their motorbikes and assume liability for any damage caused to themselves, other participants or third parties during the Event.

Image Rights

Event participants consent to the use of their images, video footage and photographs taken during the Event, by the Organiser, for promotional and advertising purposes, without further compensation or authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

The Organiser shall not be liable for any damage, loss or injury suffered by participants during the Event, unless such damage, loss or injury is caused by intent or gross negligence on the part of the Organiser.

The Organiser shall not be liable for any delays, cancellations or changes to the Event due to circumstances beyond its control, such as, but not limited to, adverse weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters or acts of terrorism.

Refunds and Cancellations

Purchased Tickets are generally non-refundable, unless the Event is cancelled or postponed by the Organiser and a new date is scheduled.

In the event of cancellation or postponement of the Event, the Buyer shall be entitled to a refund of the Ticket price, excluding any booking or handling fees, within a reasonable period of time.

The Organiser reserves the right to change the Event programme without prior notice. Such changes will not entitle you to a refund of the Ticket price.

Miscellaneous Provisions

The Organiser reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Such changes will be effective immediately and will apply to all transactions made after the posting of the new terms and conditions on the e-commerce website.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is held to be illegal, void or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severable from the other provisions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which the Event is held, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts for the resolution of any disputes.
